What to Expect on the Day

  • You can arrive up to 10 minutes prior to your party booking, this will be your set up . 

  • When you arrive please have your COMPLETED guest list ready for your party organiser with children’s names, ages and number of accompanying adults per child that you are paying for.

  • If you have requested Our Little World Role Play, this will be available during the first hour of your session. There must be adult supervision throughout the session and a maximum of 12 children at any one time. 

  • Please ensure all toys stay within their boundaries. (e.g. balls in ball pit, vehicles in car port) 

  • Children will be asked to leave the soft play 10 minutes before the end of the party.

  • You must settle your bill at the front bar at the end of the party.

Terms and Conditions*

Please read & agree prior to your party at Little Lambs Softplay.

If the hirer is in any doubt of the meaning of the following, a representative from Little Lambs Softplay should immediately be consulted.


YOU will, during the period of the PARTY, be responsible for the behaviour of all children of all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children. Little Lambs Softplay do not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.  


YOU shall not use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way, nor allow anyone onto the matted area/equipment wearing shoes, carrying sharp objects, key-rings or any other similar items which could cause damage to others or to the equipment.


You are welcome to arrive 10 minutes before your party.


Children will be asked to leave the soft play 10 minutes before end of the party.


Final details must be provided 10 days before and cannot be amended after this time.


No food or drink is to be taken onto or consumed on the matted area/equipment.  


No party poppers, coloured streamers, balloons or stilly string should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment, these materials permanently stain the material and you will be liable to compensate Little Lambs Softplay in the event of such damage.


All nappy changing must be conducted in the toilets/baby change area only.  

It is forbidden to smoke or play with fire within the premises


MAXIMUM AGE allowed to use this equipment is 7 years and under, failure to observe this limit at any time will render you liable for any associated repair costs.


YOUR LITTLE LAMBS SOFTPLAY PARTY is at times agreed on booking forms. Any obstruction by you or your guests causing unnecessary delay in us packing away will be charged at £25 per 30 minutes, and be due on the day. We allow 15 minutes grace for your guests to leave.   


PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to third party or employees whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol.


Little Lambs Softplay excludes any liability for injury or loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to these terms & conditions.


IMPORTANT NOTICE!  Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions, those using the inflatable and softplay equipment should do so safely. Whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the equipment, accidents can happen and Little Lambs Softplay can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment, except in the event of negligence.


PLEASE BE AWARE that it is your responsibility to inform all your guests of the do’s & dont’s in these terms & conditions. 

I DECLARE that I have read and understood these terms and conditions of having a Little Lambs Softplay Party, and I sign the contract fully aware of the implications and responsibilities placed upon me by doing so.
